* What is virtual consultation?
Simply book a time that fits your schedule, and we will send you a secure link for our video call. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, and our therapists will guide you through all strategies that you can start implementing right away. You’ll leave our session with a clearer understanding of how pelvic/lymphedema physical therapy can benefit you.
By choosing a virtual consultation, you’re gaining access to professional insights. Plus, you’ll have the comfort and privacy of your own home, allowing for a relaxed and open dialogue about your health.
* Do I need a referral?
In the state of Maryland, you have direct access to physical therapy without a referral.
* Do you take insurance?
We are OON (Out of Network) providers and provide "Superbills". Patients will submit Superbills to their insurances, and if they have OON (out of network) benefits, they will receive full or partial reimbursement. This allows us to focus entirely on providing personalized, individulalzed care without the constraints of insurance requirements.
Clients with Medicare are welcome to receive care through our wellness program, offered every other week or monthly. Please note that this program is separate from physical therapy and is not a covered service under Medicare.
* Cancellation/ No show policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee ($50).
The full service fee will be charged for no-shows.
For unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, therapists will reschedule your appointment at no cost.
* Grace period time for tele-physical therapy( virtual consultation appointment )
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen circumstances.
* Can I receive virtual physical therapy (telehealth) while I am out of the state?
No, you must be in the state of Maryland, during the Tele-visit.
